"Staff was brilliant except for one person who tried to charge us £25 for a cot even though the website clearly states all under 5s are entitled to a cot including in the original price for our 2 year old. Excellent quality of breakfast and great place for families. We had such a great time. "

"Arrived late so can’t really give a fair review however, the room was nice and comfortable (quirky with a mezzanine balcony and the bedroom and bathroom on the upper split level). Only criticism would be there was only one remote for the tv and when I was up it was down and vice versa, also the taxi cab driver complained he had no where to wait for me in the AM and was extremely rude. Other than that it appeared to be a really nice hotel. "

"The receptionist helped us upstairs with our cases..not often u see that. Could use a lift in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy probably one of the most comfortable beds ive slept in for a while. 7 out of 10 for the breakfast. "

"We checked in late at night and would have liked to have paid by cash but it was card only. Would have liked to have used a lift as I have a leg injury but understand that the hotel is old so it didn’t have one. The room & bathroom was modern with tea & coffee making facilities. The highlight of the short stay was the breakfast, for how little the breakfast cost was it was unbelievable value and very nice. All in all the one night stay was extremely good value for money. "

"Nice and well design hotel close to Blenheim Palace. Good bar and comfortable room. Unfortunately the bathroom although new, it was poorly finished with the floor tiles poorly grouted and loose and the shower floods. Disappointing work."

"We booked a family room at the Moxy for two adults and two children with a bed and a sofa bed. The room was amazing the sofa bed was in its own sectioned off room and the whole room was very spacious whereas family rooms are usually cramped with a sofa bed squeezed beside the other bed. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Everyone got a welcome drink - a house cocktail or small beer or wine for the adults and juice for the kids. They gave us 2 discount cards for local restaurants if we wanted to eat out. The breakfast selection was great. Lots of choice. Would definitely stay here again "
