"Amenities were nice like the shuttle into town and bikes and overall property, but we booked a balcony room and they didn’t have one so we got a different room. They also shut the bike use down as we came during off season and that wasn’t noted anywhere. Some lights didn’t work properly in the room and the espresso machine was broken and no coffee machine."

The location was great for exploring the Newport area, and their warm, neighborly hospitality made us feel especially welcome.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again if we return to Newport.
