"It's an absolutely gorgeous property....great outdoor space, beautiful rooms, many with stunning views! Staff was fantastic...we loved our stay! Highly recommend!"

"Loved our little getaway! It has been constructed from part of the garage on the property. There is a small kitchen straight ahead of the entry, with many steps (16?) directly to the left of the entry that lead to the top floor, where there is a bathroom and a charming combination bedroom/sitting area. It is filled with light from all the windows and two skylights, with a view of trees. It was like staying in a tree house. We loved having wine and the appetizers there which we prepared in the kitchen nearly every evening. Our host, Lou, came out of the main house and greeted us as soon as we arrived—very friendly and helpful! The location is so quiet and peaceful, yet so close to the mansions and downtown. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great girls weekend at this apartment. It was clean and a great location. Chris was easy to reach before and during our stay to answer any questions. He made some great recommendations for food, coffee and activities. The apartment was spacious and had essentials for a long weekend stay. Parking across the street was a huge bonus! We would definitely come back next time we visit Newport!"

"First time here and definitely would return. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are amazing. Loved the layout and the spaciousness. Was so excited to learn there was a washer and dryer in the room. The grounds are kept beautifully. It was nice to wake up and see the harbor from the living room. Coffee in the morning. on your choice of 2 balconies was also a plus! We wanted to enjoy the heated indoor pool, but it did not feel heated. It was pretty chilly, so we didn't indulge. The parking was plentiful and gave you easy access to your designated suite. The elevator doors close abruptly, be aware! All areas were well maintained and clean. The 2 bathrooms in our suite could use more hooks. Maybe on the back of the door to put your clothes or wet towels. The tub in one bathroom is deep and great for relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. Loved the kitchen area with full fridge, toaster, toaster oven, microwave and 2 coffee makers. "
