Amazing hotel the room are very specious with up stairs and downstairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful to where to visit around the area. The hotel is closed to all the restaurants, so all you have to do it park and walk!

Room was clean and spacious for our family of four. We loved being right in the middle of the action on Thames St. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

The room was clean! I loved the1 bedroom apartment style space! The location was Perfect, as I was a solo traveler, and it was so convenient to have restaurants steps away! It is a designated Historical Site, built in 1845, so please know it’s doesn’t have the latest updates as a new hotel. There’s a wonderful coffee shop next to the Lobby of the hotel! I would stay again.

The room and living space was really great. The heating system is Terrible. The heat all came into one room and left the other bedroom and living area freezing where both kids slept. The hotel really needs to do something about this. Could sleep at all as my wife and I were sweating and the boys were freezing.

We enjoyed staying within short walking distance to the free public transport to visit the mansion area. The staff were very friendly. The parking is $40 but convenient and close to the building. The view is mostly the city and a small amount of harbor but you can access a better view from the observation deck on two levels.

Enjoyed my fall stay. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Old building so expected to hear my neighbors, but defiantly heard more then I though I would’ve. The room space was great. Staff very friendly to answer questions. There was a shared balcony area at end of each hallway to see ocean view. Location was great in middle of downtown. Elevator was very fast going up and down floors. Parking was easy and convenient.

Great hotel with lots of space, right downtown. Perfect for families with little ones so you have a place to put them to sleep, and stay up and watch TV, enjoy a game night and a glass of wine. The rooms are a little dated, but feel like for the price, location and space that you get it’s 100% worth it and we’d definitely stay again.
