"Basic amenities but no microwave. Our room needs more air freshener or cleaning because of smell from previous occupants. Reception had sent us away by initially saying no booking under our name and they have no vacancy left for the day, sent my husband to our car and check with me for wotif confirmation and eventually said there was a booking after checking her messy printed a4 paper with no welcoming face.
