The moment I checked in, I felt the warmth and hospitality that the staff is known for. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure guests were happy. Whether it was at the front desk, the restaurants, housekeeping, or the entertainment team, everyone went above and beyond with a smile. One of the major highlights for me was the 24/7 bar. The vibes? Immaculate. The drinks? Always on point. The bartenders kept the energy high and created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere no matter what time it was. You can literally stop by at any hour and expect great service, good music, and a whole vibe. The resort itself is stunning; clean, modern, and truly well kept. The food options were great, the entertainment was lively, and the pool and beach areas were absolutely beautiful. You can relax, party, explore, or just enjoy the scenery… whatever mood you’re in, the Riu delivers. Overall, this trip was a solid 10/10, and I’m honestly already thinking about when I can book my next stay.
