"When we first checked in we were put in a room that was not supposed to be given. It was filthy and was stripped down, no fitted sheet, no hairdryer, no coffee maker, iron, ironing board. The floor was filthy. We talked to the manager and she put us into a nicer room that was clean with everything it should have. We were moved to that room later in the second day of our stay. The property and staff were both very nice and accommodating."

"The rooms were very clean, food was ok nothing to write home about. There were no ice machines or refrigerators in the rooms so I would have to go down and fill my YETI at night (not that big of a deal) The one thing that stood out the most was how miserable and unfriendly the were. It was absolutely HORRIBLE. If the stay would have been more welcoming and friendly my stay would have been much better. If you’re on a budget and just want a place to go to bask in the sun then this place is ok."

"Staff is friendly and resort is nice, peaceful, and well-appointed. The only thing was the last night of my stay, a car alarm kept going off every 10 mins or so and this lasted for 2-3 hours. I last heard it around 9:30-10pm and had emailed the front desk to please address the issue. I never heard back, but the noise did cease. I’ve stayed here multiple times, so this was an exception."

"Great stay the staff is very friendly and helpful its right by Atlantis like a 2min walk also if your flight leaves later but check out os at 11am they will hold your luggage for you until you are ready to leave"
