"Excellent property with intelligent amenities to cater for all purposes. Rooms are nice, clean and with a view onto to the golf course (ours was). Loads of parking and a supermarket a short stroll away made it very convenient. Highly recommended especially if you are a golf enthusiast! "

"Great points * Excellent staff - thank you for your hospitality! * Carpet in rooms now fully replaced with parquet. * Smart TVs * Updated gym equipment Areas for improvement * A shade sail should be installed over the children's outdoor play equipment. * The new sofa-bed is not like the previous ones which was a "pull-out" bed with mattress. Instead, the back of the sofa folds back. Sleeping capacity is realistically for a single person, not two. * A battery-operated torch in each room, as is the norm in hotels in Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, would be useful, particularly during rare blackouts. * Very high numbers of people using the gym during the current Omicron pandemic. A personal trainer was present who did not wear a mask at any time while working with different sets of clients at various times. While they were paid cash in hand by the clients after their workout, the instructor was keen to declare that they "have first preference for use of the gym". This was very disappointing, considering the premium price hotel guests pay to vacation here and use the facilities. "

"We loved everything about our stay. The studio is sensationally located on the water in the heart of a marina. It was so well appointed, clean, & has everything you need. It's a lovely 15 minute stroll to the great dining & shopping area of Goolwa, with Victor Harbor and wine districts just a short drive. The hosts, Bec & Peter were sensational. They were so friendly & accommodating, so was their resident mascot Carl the Carp. We love staying in Goolwa, & this will now be the only place at which we'll consider staying."

"Perfect location to access local eateries and short stroll to the waterfront. Beautiful little cafe down stairs opens early for breakfast but best of all the showers are amazing!!"

"See it for yourself why most of the reviews are saying this place is Excellent and Superb. Absolutely clean/comfortable bed&bedsheets. Location is perfect. Enjoy the view from the balcony. The only let-down are other guests who do not respect house rules of quiet time at 10pm - 8am; shower on the other room can be heard on the other room so it's important guests should abide by the rules to not disturb others during sleeptime. This factor is not under the management control as they've done their part clearly stating the house rules even upon check-in. The host is so kind to show me each part of the hostel. As a first-timer in a hostel, this place totally deserves its exceptional spot. Will stay again in the future."
