"The is an older complex that has been nicely upgraded. It has double-pane windows, vinyl floor, and aesthetically pleasing bathroom. I loved that there were no rooms above. The whole place is one-story. I also loved the carport parking. The room was clean, but not the bed, and not one of the towels. The pillows smelled like someone’s hair that had not been washed, and then I found a strand of hair on the bed sheet under the covers. The towel had fresh black smudges, as if some step on it. Housekeeping has to be careful to change bedding, even when it appears to be clean. The price increased while I was there. I would have stayed longer, but I found a less expensive place that was comparable to this place."

"The outdoor sitting areas were not usable as they were very dirty with cobwebs on the cushions and ugly large spiders crawling around on the outdoor equipment and front door areas. The keypad failed each time we returned to the property and required us contacting the VRBO team and them then contacting the property team to reset the keypad before we could get in. This happened both nights and took between 15-25 minutes to get it reset so we could get in. After a long day of meetings we were exhausted when we returned late to the property and not being able to get in the front door quickly became a real big problem. Also one bathroom had not wash cloths and one bathroom had not hand towels. "

"This house worked for us except for two things. The upstairs bedroom was too hot to sleep in. Thermostat is controlled, set at 72. The downstairs bedrooms are comfortable, but not the upstairs. Maybe a ceiling fan would help with the upstairs bedroom. The second thing, and the reason we won’t use this rental again, is that we like to prepare our meals at home rather than go out, but every pan was scratched up old Teflon, which releases toxins into food. They were not safe. Old stainless steel pans are easily found at thrift stores or garage sales. I hope they will replace those toxic pans. "
