"The room was lovely with a comfy bed and nice shower room. The fancy kettle was easier to use than it looked. We felt well looked after. The breakfast was really tasty, with a number of choices."

"Perfect 10 Year Anniversary Stay! We spent 3 nights at Whatley Manor for our 10 year anniversary and honestly couldn't have asked for better. The suite was spacious, spotless and properly luxurious - plus so peaceful you'd forget you're only an hour from London. The gardens are absolutely stunning, clearly maintained with real care. We booked the Michelin star restaurant and they were brilliant about my dietary requirements - not just accommodating but genuinely excited to make it work. That attention to detail carried through the entire stay. Every staff member made us feel looked after without being over the top about it. The lounge was gorgeous, drinks were excellent, and everything from their sustainability efforts to the little stories behind the property just added to the experience. The views alone are worth it. Only complaint? We just wanted more of it so, wished we'd booked longer. Would absolutely return."

"Hotel lovely staff great breakfast good however if you like a snack with your brew I.e.biscuits you need to bring your own as they don’t provide these. Tea and coffee facilities were good. "

"Clean, spotless room. Comfy bed. Lots of pillows. Bathroom a bit dated. Big TV. Very quiet apart from cars going past. Everything you need in the room. Couldn’t fault it, would stay again "
