"Absolutely beautiful views from our window. Bed was best bed I have slept in, in a hotel for years. Spa was okay need more beds around the pool. Amazing back massage but only 20 mins for £55. Would recommend and would return for another visit. "

"Amazing few nights away, rained the whole time so we couldn’t really go out or use the balcony but despite that the hotel is amazing and we were able to use the spa facilities multiple times, enjoyed treatments and the lobby bar was great! Would 100% return. "

"This was a one night stay we had the deluxe room this was on the second floor with two flights of stairs the second set being quite steep which my wife found a bit difficult to climb room was clean but could do with a freshen up and the window cleaned "

"Our experience at retreat Elcot Park has been excellent. The service standards are comparable to a 5 stars hotel and each and every member of the staff is adequately trained, polite, pleasant and efficient. The hotel proposes a wide range of activities, often with complementary services. Hike, tours, tennis court, spa. No overcharge to borrow the tennis rackets or to borrow boots to do a beautiful hike in the area and even complementary snacks ! Both restaurants were delicious and the 1775 brasserie clearly deserves a Michelin’s recommandation. My compliments to the chef and his/her team. Note that without a car, you are pretty much required to eat all meals at the hotel which may end up pricy (but tasty). The spa is new and in a good state. Add an outside jacuzzi to make it perfect. We will be back! "
