4/10 Poor

"The room overall looked clean. Until i was taking a shower and went to use a washcloth and it had black mascara all over it.. I was not wearing any make up so it most definitely was not mine. Also, upon getting ready to leave this morning, we noticed something hanging out from the end of the mattress, and after looking, it appears there were some type of restraints left by previous guests, which then made me question how well the rooms were really cleaned. Had we not been in a hurry to get to a graduation this morning, I would have talked to someone at the front counter. Room 1413!"

"The room had a "not so fresh" smell to it. Luckily, I brought febreeze with me. Unfortunately, I didn't get to have breakfast because it was only served from 7am-9am... most hotels serve breakfast until 10am. House keeping knocked on the door at 9am, even though check out time wasn't until 11am."

"Nice clean hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. My only issues were paying for parking, add the price to the room cost, so I dont feel like yall are trying to get a few more dollars out of me for no reason. No A/C in the hallways. It is really stuffy and humid walking to the room from the elevator."
