The trees have not been trimmed in so long the trees sound like they are going to break the windows at any minute. I was only there at night and believe the building needs repaired also. Ther is so much over growth (third floor) The seal on the very old bathtub is coming off and rusting. the room is clean and nice

The staff was great. At the desk, they were courteous, helpful and efficient. The drivers for the shuttle were great, as well. They were friendly, helpful and handled Austin's traffic with, seeming, ease. My room was nice, spacious and very clean. Their cleaning staff does their job very well. All in all, I had a nice stay. My thanks to the staff for making it that way.
