"Most kind and amazing management and staff Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi-only one in downtown Austin. Unfortunately, we had several disappointments. The room was super small and no coffee or tea in the room. The elevators were having problems There are 3 elevators and only 1 of them was working to serve 16 floors Then, one day, the only operating elevator also stopped working!
