"The floor was sticky and needed to be cleaned. The carpet seemed damp and smelled of mildew. Had to get up early for a flight and no hot water at 4am. Will not stay here again."

"Check-in was quick and staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious. Taco restaurant was very good but closed early. Hotel was very nice and clean overall. Would definitely stay here again."

"The front desk would not give us bottles of water because our Hyatt Status was not high enough. Offered to sell us water from the "H Mart" for $5 a bottle. It's a shame to lose a customer over a .25 bottle of purified water. We won't be going back. Housekeeping was unreliable."

"Front desk staff very helpful cleaning staff not soo helpful didnt speak english... room was ok (talking about the beds) just dirty, filthy, room wasnt vacuumed bathroom floor was dirty like not swept , we had spiderwebs , toilet was not working, ceiling was leaking. Breakfast was ok and kitchen was clean but over all the whole hotel was filthy WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!"
