"Host is very particular in expectations of his guests but all are reasonable and well communicated. The stay was exactly as advertised and very accommodating for a large group. You just have to be as transparent as possible and your stay will run smoothly. Neighborhood is a little on the run down side but no one bothered us and I felt safe during the entirety of ny stay. "The selling point on this house was “ This lower level offers a full-size sleeper sofa, a comfy full sized bunk bed, a classic arcade game, and a foosball table – get ready for some friendly competition! A convenient half bathroom with a laundry area completes the ground floor.” IT FAILED TO MENTION YOU COULD ONLY GET TO IT FROM OUTSIDE. During a storm we had to run outside and get our four kids from down there. It didn’t fill safe at night having little kids down there."
