Hot Spot on Comal River. Best Location in Town.

This great condo is in a fantastic location. Located about 50 yards from the Comal River and about three blocks from the center of New Braunfels. One mile to Schlitterbahn. 3.8 miles to to Gruene, TX.

This condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between all guests.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $40 per animal per stay.

I am the owner of this condo and it is a full time short term rental.

There is a nice elevator to this condo.

No extra guests, visitors or pets without owner approval. Sorry, no service annimals.ive had too many problems. Thank you.

Perfect spot on the Comal River! Easy access to downtown New Braunfels and Gruene. The condo was clean and had all the basic necessities. We enjoyed meeting other families and couples at the pool and most said they had been coming back here for years. The onsite bbq pits and picnic tables were a nice bonus.

Work from home on the river

It was a nice week stay on the river with a nice desk to work from home on. Nothing better than clocking out and relaxing in the hot tub. Highly recommend & comfy beds!

Great condo right off the Cole river plenty of places to picnic and barbecue and get it in out of the river. Also has a swimming pool and a hot tub. Can’t be beat. Best spot in town.

Great river location

Great location and close to everything. It's an older complex but kept up well. Direct river access. Evening shade on balcony. Lyle was great and responds quickly. Great trip!!

I live out of state, and had a family emergency in the area so I booked this property a week before I came to town, and Lyle made the process so easy! He was a great host, making sure to communicate with us every step of the way from the second I booked to the time I left. The property was in a great location, as well! I will be booking again!

Great Experience

We had a great weekend stay! The property was extremely clean and conveniently located to downtown New Braunfels. The host reached out early with all needed information and again upon arrival to ensure everything was ok. The only thing that we were slightly bummed about was related to the lukewarm water in the hot tub but that was out of our host’s control. Pretty sure this is not usually an issue in Texas, but it happened to be cold this weekend. Overall, great experience and we are already planning our next trip back this summer!

New Braunfels Getaway

We were very impressed with the over all process from booking to ease of entry and cleanliness of the property and the condominium. Easy access to the river amd surrounding restaurants and facilities. Very impressed and we will be back. The owner of the unit was readily available through telephone and text and very pleasant to deal with. 10/10

AMAZING

If I could have given more stars I would have!! This condo was better than the photos. From the moment we entered I felt at home and excited. We took our family dog and even she did not want to leave! The condo was exceptionally clean, has everything you use in your own home. Just take your family,friends,yourself and show up. The host was super quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. We WILL be back!
