"I had to leave the hotel because the room was really dirty. Stained bed sheets, the room smelled really bad and bathroom towels were not even organized, just thrown in the sink looked like they were not cleaned. The said they had no more rooms available so I left."

"The Front desk was amazing and very attentive. They welcome us as we arrived and provided us great service. I felt recognized because when we were come and go throughout our visit, they remembered us, which I thought would be hard to do and even inquired later when I couldn’t find my credit card, later they asked, did I find it. Which I did, it was in my purse. Breakfast was delicious and they offered different items on different days, so kept it interesting, and they continue to refill items says they begin to get low, so we never had to wait. And the staff kept the tables clean and made direct eye contact when saying good morning. Very pleasant experience. Thank you"

"First of $55 / night for parking garage across the street is whack! I had issues with both elevators so it's a hassle dragging bags around. Parking at front lobby is a hassle, not enough space to unload or load up there. Check in was easy but 2/3 elevators were also out inside the hotel. Had to wait long periods until the single elevator had space to get in.. as soon as I walked into room yes it was clean but it stank. Also had issues exiting and entering the parking garage because the key fob wasn't working so I had to call and wait until front desk was available. I usually aim for embassy suites when I go out of town but honestly this has been one of my worst experiences yet with embassy suites. I didn't even bother going into the pool, as soon as you walk in the chlorine scent hits you in the face. The staff overall were helpful and the location was good but it really was a hassle just trying to adapt to whatever was not working."
