Staff were helpful on the front desk. Room was ok, apart from shower head kept falling off shower which wasnt ideal when showering toddlers. Unfortunately rhe night we stayed their was a 21st birthday function, qnd new menu launch for the restaurant, so it was very noisy. Overall, was pleasant enough.

Good size bed. No double glazing on windows means noise and chatter from staff and others outside like at 7am or earlier on a Saturday is heard within the room as if the windows are open.
