Sea views and sunsets! Church Bay Views, perched above Oneroa, is a freshly renovated holiday cottage in a desirable location on Waiheke Island. This open plan home features a modern kitchen with all new appliances, indoor dining and comfortable lounge. Two double bedrooms and full bathroom are located off the lounge with sliding doors opening the house to the deck with sea views and BBQ area. A further bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. If you're after some time out from the hustle and bustle, hop on the ferry and relax in style here.

There is something for everyone in close proximity of Church Bay Views. Many of Waiheke's attractions including Mudbrick and Cable Bay vineyards, the main village of Oneroa with cafes, galleries and shops as well as the white sands of Oneroa beach are all within walking distance from the property. Stonyridge, Miro, Goldie and Te Motu vineyards as well as the iconic Saturday farmers market, Countdown supermarket and the ferry are are within easy reach.

Gorgeous views and lovely property!

Had a really lovely weekend at this home, fantastic kitchen for those who love to cook! Fantastic communication and very helpful with car rental too. Definitely recommend this lovely home. *As we had dogs, would have been great to know the property wasn't fenced, however I now know to ask this in advance.
