Anzac court is immaculately clean - the water bottles in fridge much appreciated and the sheets, towels and bedding are top quality and extremely comfortable. The rollout bed provided had a decent mattress and had lovely sheets. Location and staff brilliant. Only downside is it is a little tired and probably needs a refurbishment bit the service, cleanliness and quality of bedding and linen certainly make up of this.

Dirty smelly old settee & chairs, scratched furniture, broken front door lock, smelly urine odour in room, cold shower due to old low pressure water cylinder, shower cubicle very old and grubby. At least towels, slippers, and toiletries were good.

Affordable motel close to Takapuna city center
It's a pretty standard, comfortable motel easily within walking distance of the Takapuna city center with its various eateries, market, and beach. Bed and especially the pillows were very comfortable. Great motel for the price!

I expected the cooking to be available within the room, it was not clear on the information that it was a shared kitchenette - that had limited availability. Aside from that everything was to a pleasing standard... Staff were awesome, helpful.

Room, very clean and well presented. Kitchen utensils, ...no lids on pots. No lids, no coffee plunger..one pot, one small frypan. Otherwise room was fantastic. Going back again

Nice, clean and spacious. Unfortunately the shower was a let down, we found it quite difficult to get in and out off and we had trouble getting the right temperature of the water. But otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you

I had room 8. The door between the bathroom and kitchen needs to be fixed. The runner is broken and it was next to impossible to open and close it. The photo's on the website weren't exactly what I felt I booked. I also made the mistake of booking through Hotels.com and paying in US Dollars which made it an expensive room for what I got. Yes very disappointed.

We had fantastic customer service since from before our stay even started. We were contacted the day before by a very warm and welcoming woman. She asked if we would prefer another room option for our sleeping situation. A room with a double bed and a single bed( we are 2 adults and 1 young child) That option wasnt available at the time we booked. Originaly we had the options of a room with a king bed or a room with 2 single beds. Must of just become available. This was fantastic as obviously we would prefer for our kid to not be between us lol.I thought she was very thoughtful and kind to do this. Then we had a little issue with our heatpump not turning on. I asked if there was anything they could do. They went out of their way to sort it out promptly even though it was almost time for the office to close and by the time we returned after having some dinner it was all sorted and working. It was an easy fix but they did not hesitate to stop what they were doing to sort it fast. They were all smiles and so lovely. Oh and they were kind enough to get our room ready quickly for us for an early check in. Room was very clean and the beds were just as comfortable as our bed at home so we loved it. These guys were fantastic and we will definately be staying there next time we are in town :)

For a Motel, you can see there in some genuine care for this place. Nice and clean, comfortable bed, good little kitchenette and handy location for Takapuna Shopping Centre and Bruce Mason Theatre.

I found the room to be clean and tidy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location great to Takapuna and surrounding areas. On the negative, shower was pretty small and there wasn't any room for my toilet bag to sit, but I would certainly stay there again.
