"Only complaints are when booking nothing was mentioned about the middle main pool being under renovations. When we were leaving they were beginning to fill it with water and the spa services are expensive with mediocre job. $165 for manicure FYI. Nothing special about the experience for that price. "The property is easy to navigate which we appreciated. The room was clean and we loved the decor. The pool had many areas to enjoy and it was so pretty. We didn’t do our research because we thought there was a sandy beach area and there is not, but the property is so pretty that we didn’t mind. It was also a 15 min drive from the airport which was nice. Very relaxing and we will come back!"

"Where do I begin?? Norma was and is such a beautiful person. She was great with communication from the very start until we landed safely back home. She helped coordinate reservations on top of taking care of our daily needs. Even when she was not in duty she made it perfectly clear we were attended to. Exon, was absolutely the best at helping us check in and out and answered all our questions. Fernando with Nexus was very helpful and friendly. Diego with transportation was an absolute angel. We chatted the entire way back and forth. Everyone from house keeping, maintenance, room service, and the staff from the restaurants were very attentive and friendly and went above and beyond. They all deserve a big raise!! Every time I would pass a staff member walking the grounds I was greeted with a friendly smile and “hello”. I absolutely fell in love with Paraiso De La Bonita and all the beautiful people. They definitely made us feel at home and like family. My only complaint is that I wish I stayed longer. I will be returning back again and only to Paraiso. Thank you guys for such a wonderful time and experience. I greatly appreciate it and you all!!"

"This house is beautiful! Overall we give it a 4.5. The bedrooms were big and the house was roomy. There were a few drawbacks. The sargassum was horrible and the smell worse. This is not the owners fault, Mexico is doing nothing to stop it or to help clean it up. We were never able to get to the ocean because of the build up of sargassum wouldnt allow it. There was work being done on the other two 'houses' on the property - pounding was prelivant and we werent informed of this. It would have been nice to have more cleaning (only once in 6 nights/7 days). Sand comes in every day and it's hard to keep clean. Although they changed our towels on the one cleaning, we did not get any additional hand towels for the kitchen. We went through these towels in 3 days because we had to wipe the floors up, dry the dishes (or else they wouldn't dry), and wipe our faces from the humidity! We would have changed the way we used these if we would have known we weren't getting any of them changed. The TV wouldn't tie to the internet, although Leo tried to fix it. We didnt use the 'chefs' they offered because th price was too high. The dishes, pans, tupperware, etc. were great - they had a great selection! The fruits, bacon and eggs were a lovely addition in the frig on the first day! If we ever go to the Eastern side of Mexico, we would consider staying here again."
