"First of all, Michael at the front desk was excellent. Polite, professional and very informative. All staff interactions were very pleasant. My love, Dave Gleason and I have come here this week for the last 4 years to celebrate our anniversary and it never ever disappoints. This was the first year we had a walk-out courtyard room and it was amazing. The door is a little difficult to slide but it's an old hotel after all. The location is perfection. We look forward to returning year after year. "
