FRESH & NEWLY renovated 2 bedroom oversized loft comfortably sleeps 6. Close to The historic Cliff Walk, downtown, restaurants and beaches. 2 extra large bedrooms (king and queen). One bedroom has a cozy bonus room off the back with a tv, twin trundle and additional queen. The loft includes your private entry, off street parking x2, laundry, deck off master and central A/C. Inquire about long term stays.
Designed with a mid century modern feel in mind. High end linens, soaps and towels throughout. Front bluestone porch for sitting while enjoying your am coffee. This loft is in one of Newport's most desirable neighborhoods nestled on a quiet, residential street.
Entire second floor, no guest access to backyard and pool.
This monthly listing does have a reasonable utility allowance of $250/month during the winter months for longer term stays. Just ask! (Nov 1 - May 1)
Interaction with Guests: The homeowner lives on the first floor in a completely separate unit. We are always happy to greet and say hi! Please let us know if you need anything during your stay. We take pride in hosting guests in our home.

Perfect accommodations for a long weekend with friends
This property is even nicer than advertised. The loft space is very spacious and well suited for our group of four staying for a long weekend. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood, and only a mile to town. I have family in the area and any time I go back, I will absolutely rebook this property.
Spacious second floor unit. Everyone enjoyed the space and felt comfortable. Any concerns were addressed quickly by owner/manager. Would stay again if in area.
Property is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It perfectly slept our group in 3 very comfortable but separate bedrooms. Distance was a bit farther from downtown than we expected but Lyft was easy to use. We tried several times to request a later check out, but no one responded until after the check out time.
Loft was very clean, neighborhood was quiet. Except for the house we were staying in. We found out at the end of our stay that the family below us was the owner’s daughter and was visiting for the week. We then understood why we felt as if we were intruding in this home throughout our stay. Children yelling, running in the house, scooters everywhere in the yard, multiple cars. At times it was hard to pull out of the driveway due to the quantity of cars, bikes, and mopeds. At one point our designated spot was occupied but we were not allowed to park on the street. Our dogs were very nervous with the noise so even though they were crated, we cancelled much of our plans. We were there for our son’s regatta at Fort Adams and needed to be close to the park due to launch times. Typically we stay at another location farther away.,Even though the location to Fort Adams was terrific, and we are in Newport on a monthly basis, we would not stay at this property again. We have no way of knowing if this was a one off or regular occurrence.
