The Space:
Spacious, open floor plan with high ceilings throughout. Large bedrooms, oversized windows creating plenty of natural light.
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire apartment. Shared stairwell to your unit.
The Neighborhood:
Located directly on Broadway surrounding restaurants, bars, shops and more! Easy walking into downtown Newport and the point neighborhood. Eclectic, artsy residential and commercial neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Walk, run, bike or drive. Central location to all. Most our guests park their car upon arrival and don't use it again until checkout.
Other Things to Note:
Located on top of the BEST breakfast place in town!
Please note that the siding of the building is being redone starting 1/5 until mid-Feb. It won't effect the property itself but at times you will notice the siding of the building being worked on.

We were by the Corner Cafe which had fantastic food, and an easy walk to shopping and the harbour. Super clean and communication was great. We would definitely stay again.
The property was according to the listing and photos. The location is perfect for enjoying all Newport has to offer. The apartment, however, is directly above a restaurant that serves breakfast (a delicious breakfast, I might add), requiring them to arrive, accept deliveries, and begin cooking and serving before 6 am making it VERY difficult to sleep. Additionally, the resident of the apartment above has a very heavy step - of no fault of the property manager or owner, but potential guests should be aware. Finally, guests should be aware that this is an old building. Some windows are drafty. It would have been helpful to have an extra blanket or two. We ended up using the beach towels that were provided. Pack sleeping attire accordingly. Besides limited lighting in the kitchen and a leaking faucet in one bathroom, the house was acceptable.
Excellent location-just above a little cafe on Broadway- walkable to many shops & restaurants. Parking was easy and instructions provided by the management company were clear. Doors have a keypad so no keeping track of house keys required. The building is older & the floors are not level as often happens in old buildings. Be aware there are 19 very steep narrow stairs to get into this 3rd floor condo. 4 Bath towels were provided but hand towels for the bathrooms and wash cloths were not. If you like to open the windows it is noisy in the evening, being on the Main Street & smells from the restaurant will be in the condo. WiFi worked fine. Linens were comfortable but could use extra blankets for cooler weather.2 chairs in the living room were comfortable but the sofa was not. It’s a great place to stay if you’re ok with a lot of steps and want to be in the middle of the action. Nothing fancy but worth it in our opinion to be able to just park your car and walk around Newport.
