"Our two bedroom apartment was fantastic. Night quality decor and extremely clean. Our apartment was cleaned twice per day! Staff especially Milena C. And Ahmed Adel were excellent hosts and very attentive! On our departure day they arrange early morning 4 am breakfast for us seamlessly!"

"This was a lovely hotel on the palm. Most staff are very attentive. Rooms exceptionally cleaned regularly. Service in the bar was hit or miss. We managed to have a room right next to the 24/7 construction site. But tbh it was white noise. Imagine some people would not be happy. "

"I strongly advise against booking these apartments through this company. I arrived for check-in at 3:00 PM, having already paid for a two-week stay in advance. The doors were closed, and the security guard informed me that there was no information about my reservation and that he couldn't let me in. We called various numbers, but no one answered. It wasn't until 7:30 PM that I finally got a response, and at 8:00 PM the guard had the necessary information. The security staff were extremely rude...
