"The view from this hotel is fabulous. The Hotel is amazing, the restaurant are in abundance and all walking distance and i mean 2 to 3 mins. The beach is lovely, clean and private. There is nothing about this hotel that i can say is a negative."

"The staff really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, making sure we were comfortable and having fun even after we had checked out. The pool was amazing, and the location was perfect for checking out « The Walk » and enjoying a view of the the Palm. A special mention of Lydia with guest services who made our stay truly special. "

"Absolutely fabulous hotel! Loved our stay here from the second we walked in everything was amazing. Every attention to detail was appreciated and our room was gorgeous and amazing view. We stayed for a wedding anniversary trip and they put balloons and a cake in our room which was lovely. Loved the use of the other hotel bars/restaurants but loved coming back to the W and the adults only option. The staff and service was above and beyond and great location on the beach. The only minor issue we had was the noise from the building site next door there are cranes absolutely everywhere in ear and eyeshot but honestly after the first 2 days I stopped hearing it the hotel cannot help what’s going on in surrounding areas. I thought it would’ve been a nice gesture to give the W hotel guests a discount for the attico restaurant on the top floor but there was more than enough amazing restaurants on the all inclusive to chose from with their own amazing views. "
