"My second time here. Service is just outstanding. Probably one of the best, if not the best level of service I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Very international staff and many have been with the hotel for a while. The lovely waitress at breakfast from Myanmar just lit up the room with her energy and her enthusiasm. Amazing gym. Food is wow. Can’t wait to return. "

"The hotel was really lovely, in a great location, handy for the beach, with a big pool and infinity pool with views. There were nice walks nearby to the Marina and JBR walk. We had a beautiful club room which I recommend as you get snacks, afternoon tea and drinks between 6-8pm included. Well worth it! The staff were all excellent in the hotel, particularly in the club lounge where they could not do enough for you. We would definitely return to the Al Habtoor."
