I loved the VIP service I get when ever I book through Expedia. This hotel did not disappoint.

The ease of check in and the friendliness of the staff

due to people booked the hotel few weeks/days ago. when they check in they should tell them about their order. but they just told me there is breakfast in the morning, they didn't notice that was charged. then after I eat, they let you pay the bill. that's not professional.

This is not a luxury hotel but it is centrally located and the beds are comfortable. They offer a full breakfast, which is great. Hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Walking distance to restaurants. Front desk was quick and helpful.

Location is excellent and the hotel is new. Loved the free parking and the hot breakfast. There is no pool however which was disappointing. Stayed for two nights and we didn't get our room cleaned. When I called the front desk to ask, the response was "we are short staffed". Never stayed in a hotel ...
