Spotless? No room is spotless, but it was VERY CLEAN and nice. Although the room layout was lame, with the bed facing the windows and the desk facing the side of the bed. So to watch tv one has to look over the other

I had a wonderful mommy weekend away and felt very safe and comfortable. Rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was nice. Pool was perfect to relax. Only issue was noise from my room being next to ice machine but other than that, enjoyed everything.

Wonderful Stay

We were in town for a family reunion and didn't arrive at the hotel until after 10:00pm. We were promptly checked in and in our room in less than 10 minutes.

I absolutely enjoyed how close this hotel was to other spots. The sheer convenience was enough for us to consider coming back again next year. Really accessible hotel destination with a quiet location and enough space to get around. Amenities were great and my wife and I had no complaints.

Very clean and the staff is friendly. The negatives are the property is next to the one of the major road so the noise of traffic even at night, 11:00pm is pretty bad. And the property doesn't have enough lights in the parking lot.

It is very well located with short distances to local attractions and or places of interest. I didn’t like the fact they there was no microwave in the room. I couldn’t make a bag of popcorn to enjoy while we watched a movie in the evening before bed. Walking down to the lobby and back up to our room was not something I’d want to do.

Very nice hotel - with one problem area

The hotel is modern and attractive. The rooms are nicely furnished, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk staff members were very pleasant, helpful, and competent. But the housekeeping department needs improvement. One day they did not come at all, and the other days the service was hit and miss. On two occasions I needed to call the front desk at 11 pm to ask for coffee or paper cups or tissues or TP that had not been refilled. During our 4-night stay, the glass drinking glasses were never replaced with clean ones. The waste baskets were usually not emptied, and the sink and faucets were never wiped down. Hopefully, these housekeeping problems will be remedied, as the hotel itself is quite nice and the front desk staff is very good.
