The location of this place is amazing but could do for some upgrades as the rooms are not as advertised. My bathroom on arrival was very dirty, I had to clean it myself to be able to use it. I arrived late in the evening so couldn’t be bothered to wait any longer for someone to clean it. Very minimal items in the kitchen - 1 spoon, 1 fork, etc. No paper towel in the kitchen and one cloth towel was provided. I had to request washing liquid for the dishwasher and laundry. Air Con didn’t work and when I messaged down to ask for assistance was sent a 3 sec widow of someone pressing the one button. The staff at the front was hit or miss. Some amazing, some too bored to be there. At one point they notified me of a potential leak and needed to come and look at my unit. The maintenance people left the bathroom a mess and I was told someone would be right up to clean. Several hours went by and I had to ask 2 times before someone was sent. No real acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I think this location could use an update but I would consider other locations as I do like the concept.

Great hotel! Second time at this location!

The stay at the Milestone Hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The most impressive thing about the hotel was that the staff. From Tim as the doorman, and Jorge and Stephen as the Concierge staff, we were well taken care of and they truly represented Milestone's 5 star status. The room was also outstanding with a lot of character. We stayed in the Matisse suite with authentic Matisse artwork. Wow! When we return to London, we will stay at the Milestone...a truly top notch hotel.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms aren't super spacious but plenty of room none the less. Has all the essentials and the aircon is adjustable to your comfort. Travelled as a couple with 2 large suitcasea and there was still plenty room to move around. The pool, sauna and steam room were also great to relax in after a busy day and available to all guests. Leicester Square was easy to walk around and access to public transport was great too. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The room itself was excellent, quiet, clean and well cared for. The main restaurant lacked energy or music to entice us to have a meal or even a beverage. We did not appreciate on check out this morning the suggestion of a discretionary gratuity for the staff which equated to $250 CDN for our 7 night stay. The invoice was presented and we declined. No final checkout receipt was received. As well the cc deposit taken on arrival Sept 24 for our 7 night stay of $934,CDN is yet to be returned/ credited to our visa. Disappointing!
