The best time to visit Amara, Basque Country, is during the shoulder seasons of May, June, September, and early October, when the weather is pleasant and the crowds are smaller. These months offer warm, sunny days great for exploring the city and enjoying the beaches, without the intense heat and larger crowds of July and August. You'll find it easier to book accommodations and restaurant reservations, and the overall experience will be more relaxed. For those looking for the warmest weather and don't mind more people, July and August are lovely. The sea is at its warmest, making it ideal for swimming and water sports. However, prices for hotels and flights are at their peak, and popular attractions can get very busy.If you're interested in cultural events and don't mind cooler weather, the spring and autumn months outside the shoulder season can also be rewarding.
