"This is a very basic, clean property 30 seconds from the ocean. It has basic amenities and served as a good “quick stop” and base camp. If you are looking for upgraded amenities, this would not be the place. The price was a bit high for the basic amenities, but I assume it is based on the location to the ocean. Polite staff, efficient, clean bed, running shower, and quiet neighborhood. "

"Staff were great and location to the beach was brilliant. Not very impressed with the views, we were promised ocean views but all i could see is the derelict building site below with an enormous amount of trash and dumping right outside, and graffiti/vandalism. Maybe a discussion with the council to prompt cleaning that up! Really spoilt the feel. Cleaners were good so overall not really a problem with cleanliness, however the carpet could do with a deep clean or renew - our feet were black within 20mins of being in there. "

"The staff were friendly and welcoming. Each unit includes one free secured parking space. The bedrooms are spacious, and each has its own bathroom/toilet. The property has an older-style setup with traditional key access rather than a magnetic card system, and it does not have a lift, which may be worth noting for guests with heavy luggage or mobility needs. The kitchen had most of what we needed, but it would be even better if basic essentials such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium foil, baking paper, and paper towels were provided."
