"Location is good.Apartment was clean for the most part….few hairs in the bathroom and the baseboard/skirting boards look like they have never been cleaned, ever.Ceilings are starting to Peel through moisture but that’s a maintenance issue….like the worn carpet and the bathroom fan that clicks incessantly if there is the slightest breeze. Incredibly annoying at night time. The shower door needs to be looked at so it doesn’t leave a flood on the bathroom floor everytime someone has a shower.The...
