"Location is good.Apartment was clean for the most part….few hairs in the bathroom and the baseboard/skirting boards look like they have never been cleaned, ever.Ceilings are starting to Peel through moisture but that’s a maintenance issue….like the worn carpet and the bathroom fan that clicks incessantly if there is the slightest breeze.
