This striking stretch of green in the heart of Perth is home to the amazing State Botanic Gardens as well as attractions for all the family.
The notorious prison where convicts were transported from Britain since the 1850s before housing local prisoners all the way up until 1991.
Thoroughly enjoyed driving around and visiting surrounding suburbs. Beautiful coastal scenery included a very interesting visit to an observatory, The Pinnacles, the towns of York and Northam and of course the Swan Valley.
