"This is a big hotel so its a bit impersonal. Breakfast was varied and high quality. The rooms are small but hey its Singapore. Good location for exploring on foot and by train."

"This hotel is in a great location! It’s very clean and well thought out. The linens and bedding are excellent. The gym and pool areas were very nice but the pool bar was not open 2 of the 3 days we spent at the hotel. Staff at the indoor bar was spread very thin as they were working at the restaurant and only came into the bar when summoned. What I felt was lacking was a welcoming atmosphere from the hotel staff. They were present and answered questions but they certainly were not going out of their way to be friendly or helpful."
