We have been to Crete man many times and this was the first time I found such a perfect spot, quiet neighborhood and the Villa was stocked with a great welcome basket. "The home was beautiful and spacious, with plenty of rooms to give a large group privacy and all the amenities you need for comfort. Stavros went above and beyond answering questions and even booking a fishing excursion. The full kitchen and washer-dryer made traveling with kids much easier. "We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The villa itself is stunning and extremely well looked after, with housekeeping and pool maintenance twice a week. The owners are exceptional hosts - the house was fully stocked with everything we needed (and more) and we were treated with gifts of bread, pastries and cookies from their bakery during our stay - a real treat. The surrounding area is very quiet but with a local restaurant, supermarket and the owners’ bakery within walking distance...

"We stayed in the nearby Keramoti villas in 2013. The views, the peace and tranquillity brought us back again but this time to Helios. Helios is bigger and more luxurious. All bedrooms are large and well furnished. The master bedroom on the first floor is superb with its bath tub by the window and it’s only large balcony. "Beautiful setting in a small village. Sea views, beach about a 10 min car journey. Fabulous pool and good quality sun loungers. Well equipped villa with everything you need to cook or BBQ. Great local, friendly taverna 2 mins walk away. Host Manolis was so helpful, responding to any query very quickly and providing us with lots of Cretan specialties and treats. We had a great stay - wish we had booked for longer !"

"We had a great time in the villa. Everything was as described and the communication with the owner went without problems. I would very much recommend the house and area for some relaxing vacation. One thing to keep in mind is that parking is a little difficult and the streets around the house are narrow."

"The property surpassed our expectation. We stayed as a family of 4 but could sleep 7 comfortably. It is spacious, spotless and very well kept. The pool was gorgeous and the views were really wonderful. The beds were comfy, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms including a jetted tub for the colder spring evenings. Its well located just 5 min from super markets and 30 min from Chania or Fallsarna beach. Stella was really helpful and responsive. Overall would highly recommended this for a heavenly holiday !"

"The villa was beautiful with so many features around the property. The neighborhood was walkable, with only a short trip to the beach. The property manager was very helpful and provided suggestions for our group. The bedrooms were comfortable and the A/C worked well. The WiFi worked best from outside of the villa. Only areas for improvement: better (and more) towels including need for kitchen towels, better functioning WiFi, and extra set of keys so guests can come and go as they please. This...

"The property is very well appointed and is big enough for a family of 10 to fit in very comfortably. There are just a few points to mention, you will need a car if staying at this villa as the local town is a good 20-30 minute walk away. Some of the indoor furniture and work surfaces have seen better days but we were impressed with the twice weekly cleaning and the attention to detail. The garden and pool are very well kept. Communication with the owner was excellent and nothing was too much...
