"I had reservation and they said we cant find it!!! they left us waiting half an hour on arrival after getting wet under rain( entrance door was locked). For room service they charge delivery fee !( 8 dollars) . found cockroach ( have a video) .They charged us with higher rates than reservation confirmation! "

"When I arrived, the room I was given was terrible,smelled damp,but after I complained the receptionist gave me a nice room with beautiful views,so I was quite happy. One thing I didn’t like ,I stayed for ten days,but the sheets hasn’t been changed not once.The position is very good and I enjoyed the pool very much,so it was very good trip at the end."

"We had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great selection at the buffet breakfast, and food was fresh. Seafood buffet at the restaurant was excellent - fresh and great selection. Rooms clean. "

"Ocean partially visible from rooms balcony. Music thumping all night til early hours of the morning louder than the tv would go was an awful nights sleep. Double glazing would be good for this. Was on the 15th floor god help Those below Us if it was as loud for us it had to be awful for those below. Won’t be back. "

"Room smelled like cigarettes when we checked in. It was so strong and honestly made you want to throw up. We called the front desk as we could barely breathe in the room. They came up and confirmed how bad it was but sad they didn’t have another room to move us to. There wasn’t even a window in the room to air it out so we had to stay in the room coughing on the smell of cigarette all night. Honestly makes me question how much attention they give to housekeeping if someone “cleaned” that room after the last guest and thought it would be ok to allocate another guest to."
