"The host was very responsive, welcoming and accommodating to our request for early check-in thank you. But I did not realise that this would come at a cost of not cleaning the bathrooms and other areas of the home after a busy long weekend booking before us. House also smelled of smoke. There was a broken door lock to the main ensuite toilet, meaning that the occupant was trapped until thankfully other guests came to the rescue. Beds and linen all excellent and comfortable.
