"I loved the food at the Don Rafael buffet. The staff at this resort were amazing and friendly. The entertainment was great, I just wish there had been more nights like the salsa dancing night rather than American-ized music most nights, but I understand they probably get more crowd engagement with American music. "

"The property was great, we had a great time as a family. Our kids loved being able to eat cupcakes at all times of the day! The lattes were great too! The property was very big, lots of walking. It would have been nice for the shuttle to run more often especially during busy times like morning, late afternoon and evenings. We enjoyed the bikes to go off property. And loved our 2hrs of pickleball every morning. Our group had people age 1 to 76 and everyone had a great time."

"Beautiful. Yummy food and drinks. Close to so much! Loved being able to walk and explore. Smaller resort which is nice, you never felt crowded or had to wait for a table. If I had it to do over i would have waited to book excursions through them, they made it so easy. The beach bar was fun and just far enough away you felt like you were in a different space. I don't love seafood, so I didnt try the sushi bar, but I heard good things. I wish the main pool had a swim up bar. Nowhere to get a drink before 11:00am. Really my only real complaint was It was so loud, felt like maybe the walls were too thin. You could hear everything happening outside your room. "

"We had an excellent stay at TRS Yucutan. Fernanda went out of her way to ensure that every experience we had was magical for our honeymoon much to our surprise. Many of the highlights of our vacation were thanks to her special touches. Our butler team was also very responsive to text messaging and in answering any question we had The food selection was excellent, fresh and lives up to its gastronomical expectations. There's many places for relaxation on the resort including the amazing infinity pool, saltwater pool and private beach. It never felt too crowded. Most of the days there was quite a lot of seaweed on the beach however its still not hard to finda bit of beach that allowed for good swimming We paid for the premium package which included the cabaret show (Amazing), hydrotherapy, turndown service. We felt this was worthwhile in the end but something for people booking is that they may need to pay an added 300 USD minimum for those added luxury features which used to be included in bookings. Our only feedback is that we were initially put off by the strong sales tactic upon checking into the hotel to join the travel club. It really tainted our initial impression of the hotel because we didnt want to deal with pressure sales tactics on vacation. But once people left us alone about this we had a great time "
