Even the cleaners in the hallways greet you with a smile and when you check in, they give you extra gifts and small items for convenience for free. "What a wonderful location, 2 minute walk from the bus stop, and close to the forbidden city. Easy to find as well, just be careful as we put the wrong address in and walked to a different hotel.
