10/10 Excellent

"Enjoyed staying here. Had a one bedroom with a queen bed and a Murphy bed in living room. Very spacious. Nice to have a little fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Had the balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub area. Pool area was nice, but hot tub and pool could have been warmer. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything in Old Quebec was with in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The parking is a disaster; the room stank (like old shoes) and tehre were dirty towel left in the bathroom. I was there for 2 dats; I had a parking voucher for the 2 days in a neighbouring building which forced a long walk with luggage. Upon exiting at the end of the stay the gate would not open, with the message that the ticket had been used. Phone service was useless,. I had to have all the cars behind me back, get my motorbike parked again, and return to the hotel to get a new ticket.,"

"Nous avons été surpris, étant donné les bons commentaires sur l’établissement, que notre chambre soit au sous-sol avec une forte odeur de moisissures et d’urine de chat, au point que nous ne pouvions pas y passer la nuit sans inquiétude pour notre santé. Nous avons donc malheureusement dû quitter pour un autre hôtel, puisqu’il n’y avait plus de chambres disponibles sur d’autres étages. Très décevante expérience! Hotel non recommandable."
