"I liked most of the services that the hotel provided. However, I asked to make up room and provide me with clean towels, but it didn't happen!"

"I arrived rather weary, and was welcomed and supported to become more comfortable after I found I couldn't work the TV (user error). The staff were generous and kind! And went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed to be comfortable.The bed was soooooooo very comfortable and cozy on a cold Sydney evening."

"Nice room but was noisy - didn’t notice the provided ear plugs until the next morning. Room had lots of outlets and a large bathroom. No elevator so had to carry suitcase up stairs. Had food from downstairs which was good."

"Handy location to Granville Station, Woolies Metro also close by for supplies. Stayed here on a few occasions and quite happy with the place. See you again soon !"
