"Value wise, you get what you pay for. Carpets were stained as were curtains. Showers had no pressure and took a long time for hot water to arrive. Room was comfortable and had all you need. But for foodies location makes up for all this"

"It's Melbourne's least expensive serviced apartments. The apartments aren't new and they're not very big, BUT they're extremely well appointed, clean and with the keycard entry I felt safe on my own. I didn't have to go out for anything once I'd bought groceries, I cooked for myself, watched TV and had cups of tea. The bed was comfortable and rather than the usual "crisp" white sheets, they felt silky and luxurious. I was able to do everything I have done in $300 apartments at 1/3 of the price....
