"We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet. We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication throughout the stay was clear  and efficient. Overall, it’s a perfect combination...

"Great location adjacent to Chinatown, Leicester Square, and Piccadilly Circus. Very clean with comfortable bed. Only cons were 53 steps up to “first floor” flat, entrance is in an alleyway behind some restaurants, and no AC (but comfortable with provided fans and windows left ajar). Great to have washer and dryer!"

"The bed was the highest and hardest mattress we have ever had in all our years travelling it was like lying on a hard floor. The quilt was hard and so were the pillows we will never stay here again So very disappointing for the price we paid for this hotel."
