Loved the Gatsby/Art Deco inspired vibe. The room was beautiful- very big with a great sitting area - the bathroom was luxurious. I would recommend the view from the rooftop bar looking out over the Christmas ice rink in Leicester Square - it's also very well located

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Leicester Square, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was incredibly polite, warm, and genuinely eager to help—nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thank you to Ibrahim, who went above and beyond with thoughtful extra touches that made my wife’s birthday feel truly special. Those little details made a huge difference and turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located right in the heart of London, yet still feels like a calm retreat from the buzz outside. The level of service throughout was outstanding and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. We’ll absolutely be returning, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hotel Indigo Leicester Square to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay.

The staff are amazing. We spent new year on the 9th floor. Rhe view was incredible of the fireworks . Our food, "finger food" was pasta, which we had 1 small bowl, it was good but never came around again with the pasta.. They did come around several times with sea bass. I don't eat seafood. Other than that, which i was expecting more, new year party was great

Noisy music and base from stores/xmas market piercing through the walls until around 10pm at night. Elevator is incredibly slow, and not intuitive Room size and bed comfort was ok +.

Very well thought out room, great bar area and great friendly staff. Only criticism would be on the speed of the lifts- there doesn’t seem to be a goods / staff lift so you’re competing with trolleys of towels and sheets but it’s a minor concern

This hotel is the perfect location for exploring London. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was a good size. Overall, perfect for a short break. My only negative was I came alone with a buggy and luggage. The accessible entrance didn’t work and I pressed the button and waited but no one came to help. The female staff were more helpful than the male member of staff on reception. He didn’t even offer to help with my luggage and buggy when I was leaving. He would be standing there and didn’t ever think to open the Door to help me bring the buggy in and he’d just watch me struggle. I wish I got the name of the member of staff who checked me in, she was lovely and very helpful. She was great!
