In the city centre, The Piccadilly London West End is in London's London City Centre neighbourhood, an area with good shopping. Queens Theatre and Her Majesty's Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus. BT Tower and Coca-Cola London Eye are not to be missed. Our guests appreciate the guest house's convenience for public transport: Piccadilly Circus Underground Station is 4 minutes by foot and Leicester Square Underground Station is 4 minutes.

The staff was very warm and welcoming. hey offered us a glass of prosecco wine or water upon arrival. We were upgraded to a club room since a regular room which we booked was not ready at the time we were supposed to be able to get in. The room we were in was about the size I would expect in London which was ample size for 2 people. The beds were REALLY comfortable. The only change I would make is, in our shower, there was no soap shelf so you had to put your soap, razor and shampoo on the ground so it was a bit frustrating having to reach down to get anything you needed. Having said this, the shower was wonderful with really nice water pressure. Lastly, if you are in London for a birthday stay, they create a birthday setting in the room which is very sweet - some flowers, balloons, and towels in fun shapes. We came to London to see some West End shows so this hotel was perfectly located for us although we will stay here again even if that isn't the primary reason for our visit. The hotel is just a couple blocks from the Piccadilly underground (so a straight shot from Heathrow), Chinatown, Covent Gardens, the National Gallery and the Portrait Gallery and lots of other attractions and numerous restaurants and so much more. We look forward to our next stay at the Piccadilly London West End again.
