For a Sheraton hotel this is disappointing.
The staff were ok but didn’t offer good service or go out of their way.
The rooms are dated and weird - lots of wooden cupboards a unit between bathroom and bedroom was odd - don’t know which door to go through!
The bed was comfy.
The pool was uninviting.

Everything was fine- room was nice however your ears pop a little going up the lift but the breakfast didn’t have much of a selection, the pool was closed, the health centre was closed, no room service despite all of the above being promised.

Club lodge is a great bonus, 5 meals per day, very nice quality and good services. Great location, very classic
There is a 16.5% tax plus service fee which was a little high.

"I really wanted to love the hotel as much as I liked other Alila properties but it was a disaster. I understand that some people may have a good experience there but mine was a disaster.
