"The hotel rooms and hotel staff are normal 5 star. However, the hotel restaurant “The Kitchen” is a shame on the property. The food is fine. The problem is completely the service. The staff is completely untrained in how to serve in a fine dining restaurant. Avoid The Kitchen."
