"客室が汚すぎました。 現地基準では値段相応のクオリティなのかもしれませんが、チェックイン直後の清掃されたはずのシャワールームのシャンプー台には髪の毛の塊があり、床のど真ん中には前の利用者のものと思われる耳栓が落ちていました。 明らかに掃除がされておらず、ベッドも本当に清掃されているのか不安なほど部屋が汚かったです。 天井の窪みには蜘蛛の巣が大量で、お金を払って滞在する場所ではないと感じました。 チェックインした次の日にすぐにチェックアウトして（まだあと2日間の滞在が残っていたが）、返金ももらえずに別のホテルに移りました。 汚れ耐性、害虫耐性の無い方は絶対におすすめしません。 このホテルを早々にチェックアウトして、まともなホテルに移ったので旅全体は満足でしたが、このホテルには絶対に二度と泊まりません。 "

"An amazing stay! I got upgraded to a room with a better river view and the perfect view of the bund.The hotel is a few minutes walk from the bund and the river yet super quiet. Everything was clean, smelt fresh, and was the most at home I felt in a hotel (I been to quite a few). The staff was helpful especially those at the restaurant Fifty 8 shout out to Carrie who was our server! Even the ayi (cleaning lady) was super nice, she found out I spoke Mandarin and was telling me about her hometown of Henan. The room service was delicious and I ordered basically everyday. This was my first time choosing MO and now I am officially a fan!"
