Close to Haneda, plenty of convenience stores around, many local eateries nearby that are delicious, room was super clean, well stocked with amenities, LOVE LOVE THE FULL HOUSEKEEPING - they do a super clean, top up of amenities, PLUS a full change of all the bedsheets. Daily towel change - including face towels. Third stay for us. Washing machine/dryer in the room was so awesome and convenient - well thought of with many hangers and rack for drying if you prefer to hang them up - the heater in the room will dry them overnight while you sleep. Many train stations near by to get to, Bonus was 2 stops to Ginza + Tsukiji Market. Totally nice vibe, not hectic crazy like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Definitely will stay again.

Room is clean and spacious for Japan standard. Location is very good, train stations are 5 minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Only things is you would expect more amenities and better service with the money you pay! Bit it is Ginza, so I guess its reasonable?

The staff was great, very helpful, and patient with us. The location was great too, close to a rail station, a pharmacy, and some good restaurants.

Beautiful room, lovely tub aswell. Staff wasn’t the most friendly, but it was a very busy check in so it makes sense. Such a beautiful garden in the back as well. Went to spa the sukura in a different tower and it met expectations for sure. Expensive, but great way to end the trip!!

Loved the steak restaurant

Overall is a nice property although it's a boutique hotel surrounded by giant others hotels, so , no exclusivity when you leave the room. The check out experience was awful at least, rude I would say and no excuses, no justification. So if you want a A experience in Tokyo forget about this facility!

Room was clean. Stayed with wife and daughters. Subway is near but the hotel its self is not really near any major attractions, making it an inconvenience to commute to and from room to the city center. Grocery store right across the street was very convenient. Quiet area. Would I stay again? probably not, but not because I didn’t like the hotel. Hotel stay was fine, just annoying to go places from there.

Great room, clean, good kitchen fit out, good location, helpful staff

Amazing location, easy access to main shopping areas and delicious food. Very comfortable and spacious, nice bathtub. Very clean. Wonderful stay, highly recommend.
